Questions about paying
Does the free account expire?
No. It is a permanent account with daily limits, not a trial. The limits exist to keep mass-messaging off the site.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from settings. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What happens to my messages if I go back to free?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every conversation; only the daily sending limits and the advanced filters change.
Do you refund?
Within 14 days, if you have not used the paid filters or gone past the free message limit.
